1) Made-to-Order Spiritual Items
（定制灵性产品：符箓 / 加持 / 法事）

All charms, talismans, and rituals provided by FULUCharms are custom spiritual works personally prepared and blessed by Master Liang according to orthodox Taoist procedures. Each item is created specifically for you, aligned with your name, birth data, and intention. Once consecration begins, the energetic process is irreversible; therefore, refunds or returns are not available for made-to-order spiritual items.

本站所有符箓、加持与法事均属定制灵性服务，由梁师父依正统道教科仪亲自绘制与开光， 并按您的姓名、出生信息与心愿进行对应。加持一旦启动即为不可逆的能量过程， 故不支持退货或退款。

2) Quality & Authenticity Guarantee
（品质与正统保证）

We work exclusively within authentic Taoist lineages (e.g., Maoshan/Zhengyi). Every item undergoes purification, consecration, and sealing rites to ensure spiritual safety.

• Each talisman is hand-written and personally consecrated by Master Liang.
• Every ritual follows orthodox liturgy and altar procedures.
• Items are sealed after cleansing to preserve efficacy.

3) Damaged or Lost Parcels
（运输损坏与遗失）

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos/video for verification. After review, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution.

若因运输造成损坏或遗失，请于签收 7 日内与我们联系并提供订单号及照片/视频，经核实后将予以补发或妥善处理。

4) Non-Refundable Services
（以下服务均不支持退款）

上述项目一经启动即视为灵性服务已完成，无法办理退款。
